SHIPPING & DELIVERY

U.S. ORDERS

All items are shipped via FedEx.
Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the ceremony date may require expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please call us to place your order at 1-800-370-0931, Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

SHIPPING DAYS

Shipping days do NOT include weekends or federal holidays.  Any orders placed outside of business hours will not be processed until the next business day.  Our business hours are from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
All items must be returned unused in the original containers.
No returns on custom products unless defective.
