M2000 is SHINY. Premium and greengown® are MATTE. Styled in the tradition of the Academic Costume Code and Ceremony guide. University and College apparel is predominantly black in color.

Tassels are typically degree color, and you may choose your degree on the ordering page. Black or school colors are sometimes used.

Hoods are made with a band of velvet denoting field of study and have an inside lining representing the colors of your institution.
